Apply your cats eye makeup with a black eyeliner, wait for it to dry and then add glitter on top, using a glitter eye pen or lightly dust eye glitter powder on top of the eyeliner. Then follow the shape of the cats eye, with red shadow just above the black liner, and then followed by green shadow line above the red, keeping the cats eye shape.
